202 sold vehicles - that's a record at a German trade fair. A southern Germany based dealer group made a dream start into the year at the "Freiburg Automobile 2018".
The exhibitor generated a sales turnover of 5.3 million Euro. A great success for the 60 exhibition team members and his coach Eberhard Groß, Managing Director of HGS Concept GmbH.
The 33. edition of the motor show "Freiburger Automobil" marks the beginning of the industry's business year in the region and is regarded as a mood barometer for car dealerships. This year, the event attracted 24,000 visitors to the exhibition halls, consolidating its status as Germany's second-largest car show. Eberhard Groß has been working as coach here for 18 years.
With his support, the dealership was able to continue the positive trend of previous years. In 2016, 153 new cars of his company had found a buyer, in 2017 this figure had risen already to 186. The experienced coach and trainer is convinced that it is certainly also due to the great atmosphere at the stand that the exhibitor has now cracked the magic mark of 200 cars.
His recipe for success: to help the sales and service team members to grow closer prior to the fair and to support them on the spot during the event. The enthusiasm of promoters and salespeople spreads to prospective buyers - especially for a fair like in Freiburg an indispensable success factor for direct sales. If you feel well advised, you're willing to become a customer or at least you are curious to experience the vehicles on a test drive - 181 times this year.
"We have found a high level of satisfaction among the visitors," summarizes Gross, "and there was plenty of praise for our promoters." Such impressions shaped the sympathetic image of the company - lasting beyond the days of the fair.
